Shipping policy

All artwork is available for pick-up, by appointment only, at Masters Gallery. Please contact to book.

  • Orders can be picked up Tuesday - Saturday, from 12 pm - 5 pm, and are generally ready within an hour during store hours. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

ORIGINAL ART + PRINT SHIPPING (Canada + International)
  • Original art pieces are generally shipped within 72 hours (Monday - Friday) using the carrier selected upon checkout.
  • Limited Edition Prints are generally shipped within 3 weeks of ordering using the carrier selected at checkout.
  • We ship original artwork worldwide
  • All work is packed in custom crates and insured
  • The collector is responsible for local taxes and customs.

LOCAL DELIVERY
  • During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "Continue to shipping" button. 
  • Local delivery and installation is available for an additional fee please email studio@lovemaggiehall.com
  • When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
